Business Growth Programme

Following twenty four months of meeting and speaking to over 1000 women, whilst  trying to promote my website it dawned on me just how many businesses are finding it difficult to ‘break through’ for lack of a better phrase.

It does not help when you hear that statistics show that at least 80% of businesses never make it past the 3-5 year period!

I found these facts very disturbing, not least because I am a business that is now in my third year and looking to ‘break through!’

I decided to look into this further – why so many businesses are finding it difficult to ‘break through’that is.  I was pleasantly surprised to find out that despite the disappointing statistics on how many businesses actually ‘break through’, there were hundreds more starting up each day!   Obviously the statistics are not putting off anyone thinking of going into business for themselves!

I found loads of support - funding and advice – for anyone looking to start up a business or who are at least two years into their business.  Thereafter, it is not clear where one was meant to go to grow the business or go to find out how to get to the next level – networking is where you are usually directed!

So I have decided to come up with a cost effective, simple way for anyone looking to grow their business.

3 Units (to be available in print or DVD format).

Unit 1– Start up to 2 years into your business – what you should have in place, what you should be concentrating on and where you should be at the end of 2 years…

Unit 2– 2 to 5 years into your business – What you should have achieved, what you should have in place and what you should be focusing on…

Unit 3– After 5 years – What you must have achieved to be considered established and where to next….

I hope the ‘Business Growth Programme’  will be invaluable to anyone going into business whether you offer a service, a product or have signed up to a franchise – a simple check list to see where you are and where you should be!

If you are one of those businesses finding it difficult to go the next level, email mewhat it is you are finding particularly difficult to get help with, and I will add it to the many areas of concern that the ‘Business Growth Programme’will  attempt to address.
